Return Policy
At Car Racks Direct, we take pride in quality service. And we will not leave you high and dry if you should experience any problems. We are an authorized dealer of every single brand that we sell.
This means that we can help with any issues that you may have in the lifetime of your product.
Our return policy is as follows: For all orders (excluding "Final Sale" items), we offer 30 days Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for whatever reason you would like to return a product,
just send it back to us in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return of worn or used gear. After 30 days, we will gladly help deal with warranty issues for the lifetime of the product.
Final Sale Items Cannot Be Returned! Please take note, if you purchase an item for a wild discount it is most likely offerd as "final sale." This means that we will not take the item
back on a satisfaction guarantee. We will cover any warranty issues that you may encounter, as long as the product is still supported by the manufacturer.

To Make a Return:
First, please call or email our support staff for an RMA number. It is important that we are aware of your return and have authorized it.
Please nicely package the product with ALL of its original parts and accessories. Use any major parcel service to ship it back to us. Make sure to include reference to your order number, or a copy of your invoice, along with your RMA number.
If you feel that we have made a mistake with your order, and you are returning it so we can correct something for you, we will pick up the shipping charges. Please call or email us regarding your complaint, and we will arrange for the product return.
