Shipping Policy

Car Racks Direct ships exclusively using FedEx

Free Shipping:
Free Fedex ground service is given on all orders over $50. Some items that must be shipped via freight are not eligible for free shipping. Items that do not qualify for free shipping are labeled with freight charges.

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground, or Home Delivery service. Monday through friday, in-stock items will be shipped same day if they are received before 3pm. Sometimes an order may need additional clarification, or consultation, and in those cases the order may be delayed. Car Racks Direct reserves the right to cancel, or hold an order at anytime. This is generaly the result of payment issues, but can also be caused by invalid, or undeliverable shipping address information. In any case, canceled and/or delayed orders will receive notice via e-mail or phone message.

Shipment tracking information will be made availible by FedEx, and Car Racks Direct can not be held responsible for the accuarcy of that information. We will forward all availible tracking information to the listed shipping contact when availible.

To estimate your delivery date, use the following table. Remember that delivery date should be calculated by adding the # of days in transit, to the date that your order is marked as "shipped". Please note that these schedules are for reference only and can vary. Please use tracking info from FedEx to determine your actually shipment schedule.

Express Shipping:
Please be aware that Express shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. We will do our best to complete your order, and get it on the earliest possible truck, but some things may delay even express shipments. Some examples are: Items that are not in stock, Orders placed after the days shipping window (3pm), and orders that require additional information to complete.
